management.The Velvet Elvis was established in 2006 by owners Chris and Chan Howington. Culinary veteran, Anthony Wimbish, manages the daily operations of the restaurant. Jacob Lambo assists in managing late night bar service. Sarah leads the front of house team to ensure consistent customer service.
